I was kinda surprised by the personal service at this mountainside inn. they picked me up from the train station and made me feel right at home. The staff spoke good English and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. The cozy atmosphere and delicious breakfast made me feel like I was staying in a home rather than a hotel. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, like a missing bathroom and limited wifi, the comfort of the bed and the attentive pickup service made up for it. I would highly recommend this inn for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel staff was amazing, always going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They offered a free shuttle service that made it easy to travel around the city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had beautiful views of the surroundings. the onsen was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.
The hotel was a bit far from the main streets, so walking there wasn't an option. However, they offered a shuttle service that made it easier to get around.

We had a fantastic time during our New Year's stay! the room was wonderfully clean and had an air purifier, which made breathing so much better. the hot springs were lovely and separated by gender, which made for a relaxing and private soak. They also offered a shuttle service to and from the nearby area, which was a huge plus since the location was a bit far off. the breakfast was delicious and gave us enough energy to start the day.
The wifi connection was a bit spotty and did not work too often. there was no elevator so carrying our luggage up the stairs was a hassle.

The hotel's staff were helpful, even when I made a last minute request for a pick-up from the station. The room was clean and well-kept, with a tea set and air cleaner. I also appreciated the great views of the surrounding area.

The hotel is situated on an elevated spot that overlooks the beautiful town and provides excellent views of the surroundings. the rooms are spacious and well maintained, equipped with air purifiers and comfortable beds. Staff members are friendly and helpful, especially in providing transportation to and from the hotels, as well as assisting guests with other needs.
Guests can relax and enjoy the serene environment in the outdoor hot spring. Cons: Unfortunately, some language barriers may exist for non-Japanese speaking guests.
